Ron, The Boss
The Boss  
"TOURING" is Ron's middle name. He oversees a worldwide operation that necessitates much travel and he compliments his hectic schedule with a hobby involving even more 'tour and travel'...classic autos from the '50s & '60s! Ron's management style is "hands-on", and the detailing in the Aspen campers truly reflect his work!
 
Steffen, Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance  
"If I were the customer, would the quality of our products meet or exceed my expectations?" This is the guiding motto under which Steffen manages his department! Most all his professional career has been devoted to QC in the injection molding and metal fabricating industries - and now the Nuko line of products!
 
Dave, Engineering
Engineering  
Mechanical engineering and a strong sense of technical 'know-how' have served Dave well throughout his professional career. Known around the office as "Mr Harley", his work has been marketed by firms in the Power Tool, Machinery, Lighting, Connector and RV markets - and now Aspen!

Kathy and Sue, Customer Service
Customer Service  
Did my trailer ship yet? Can you send a copy of the invoice to my credit union? Was my wiring harness mailed ahead of the order? Kathy (left) and Sue keep the paperwork moving and the orders on schedule. Their network will return a response to most any customer question or concern.
 
Gary, Marketing and National Sales
Marketing - National Sales  
Gary's career has kept him camping and on two wheels since 1965. He produced his first national trailer campaign in 1974, and his work brings him to most every major camping and RV show. His on-going efforts and commitment to the Touring market have helped position Aspen as the industry leader.
 
Peggy, Orders and Product Information
Orders - Product Information  
Want to get a product moving to you quickly? - call Peggy! If you have a question, odds are that she can answer it immediately. She'll help you with most everything from "tech-talk" to getting a hitch for your 2 or 4-wheel vehicle. Her work has included promoting classic bike & auto shows since '79 - and now Aspen and the complete line of Nuko products!

Doug, Polymer Forming
Thermal Polymer Vacuum Forming  
Doug has worked in vacuum forming for over thirty years. He was designing thermal forming equipment back in the mid '70s, then moved into 'production' in the early '80s. Doug's responsibility for quality control has covered vacuum formed items ranging in size from 2" up to 5x9 feet - and now Aspen!
 
Steve, Operations and Shipping
Operations & Shipping  
Steve has seen many changes since joining the Nuko crew in '74. The work has increased, but responsibilities are still"... keep the line stocked, manage the assembly, crate it and ship it!" His department is in mid firing-line and his key responsibility is to keep "EVERYONE" happy, including customer and the boss!
 
John, Molds and Patterns
Molds & Patterns  
A true craftsman in the world of 'patterns and molds'. Back in the early '70s, John worked on the first "Windjammer" and continued working with the Vetter Fairing Company for many years. A keen eye for detail and expert knowledge of the market are only a couple of John's strong traits! His work and expertise can be seen in the Aspen campers.

Vern, Fabricating and Laminations
Fabricating & Laminating
Vern's Career has gone from "small toys to big ones!" He joined Tonka in 1967 as VP of Product Development and spearheaded their "Winnebago Model Project". In 1977 he joined Coachman as VP of Engineering, and since then has been instrumental in engineering for Gulfstream and Rockwood - now Aspen Campers!
 
Dan, Metal Forming
Metal Forming
When it comes to handling metal, few have more experience than Dan - over 40 years in the industry. His 50-employee crew handles shearing, forming, punching, bending, spot welding, mig & tig welding, plasma cutting and assembly work. His production expertise includes work for the Material Handling, Marine and Recreational Vehicle industries - and now Aspen Campers!

Father & Son team... Landa (right) has been in fiberglass production since 1958– and son Jamie, joined the business just out of college in '84. Today, their 15 employees and 20,000 sq. ft. operation is making hundreds of products utilized in the RV industry, including small, compact cargo trailer bodies AND the Classic & Sentry campers.

Fidel, Final Assembly and Inspection

Fidel has been a team member with Nuko Industries for over 15 years. His department's responsibility is to keep supplies in-stock and products moving. At a typical production meeting you may hear "...we need twelve Ambassadors and fourteen Classics out by this Friday - prep seventeen of them for shipping and the balance for customer pick-up - Fidel will handle it!"
 
Karen and Vladimir, Webmasters
Webmasters
Karen's background is in advertising design and promotions for mass media, coupled with computer graphics and studio work in radio, TV and print. Vladimir's expertise includes Web development, networking, "intelligent" webpages and interactive CGI programming. As a team, they always find a way to "do-it-better" and keep the "HITS" increasing on a daily basis.
